You Affecting You

I think it's interesting how our own experiences and daily routines can affect how we interpret things we read or hear/say. When I was reading Leon's poem, I almost believed it was about a horse and saddling a horse because I've started watching a show about horses. Reading Andrea's poem about the bunny, all I could think about was this baby bunny (which I ironically saw again today) that I've watched grow and that lives outside my building. I also interpret conversations based on things I know or experiences I've had. It's weird to see how much your life experiences affect you.
