Atmosphere

It's interesting how much emphasis is put on the atmosphere of restaurants. How much people believe it will affect the meal. I went to one place today where it was kind of underground, lights were low, aka it was only candle and it was all stone. Last night I went to a place that was fancier with high and low tops and it was all wood and well-lit. It really made me realize how fantastical or practical a space could be and how it communicates the food to the costumer as well.
