Against the Norm

Isn't it weird when we see people do things that go against the norm? Today I saw someone just sit down, in the middle of the sidewalk. Just sat. It was on my way to school. He had sat down to tie his shoe, but it was still so odd. And it made me think of all the times I would get so upset and it would be irrational, because although it was against the norm, they weren't really doing anything wrong.
