The Colors of Baltimore

I've noticed that Baltimore is a very colorful city. I was walking along 27th and every row house splits in half and has at least two different colors, usually with more trim. There are also, window boxes painted bright colors, and flowers in that. I appreciate how comfortable with color this city is. It's nice because it says a lot about the spirit of Baltimore and the people.
